My creativity is novel and unconventional — but with purpose. And I'm uniquely qualified to help you achieve your goals.
How?
At 7, I sold Kleenex dolls during class. I earned recess detention but made bank (for a second grader).
At 8, I tie-dyed toilet paper with markers and wrote commercials for it. Terrible toilet paper — great commercials.
Later, I earned a B.S. in Mass Media Studies and a minor in Advertising.
I was a marketing intern at a bank, an advertising representative at a TV station, and an event and marketing specialist for a non-profit historic theater revitalization.
Then I earned a Masters in Education because *gasp* I wanted to help kids succeed.
I've spent over a decade living and breathing writing, creativity, and critical thinking in the classroom while developing rapport with students, their families, and the community.
Now I help organizations like yours connect with their communities through clear and compelling copy and content.
Also, years and years of Scattergories, Scrabble, Bananagrams, Balderdash, and Madlibs...
Why do I do what I do?
Valid question! I grew rather fond of those teens and am now working to help businesses just like yours make the world better, safer, fairer, and happier for them.
Let's leave the world a better place than we found it.
What’s in it for you?
You’re busy and you need more time to interact with your community. So, working with me allows you to focus on your priorities.
Also, if you were that kid who hated writing, defeated by that blank screen, and mumbled to your teacher you’d just pay someone to do it for you someday, but now you’re busy changing the world and living your dream — my writing will help you connect with customers and grow your company.
